Receiving "Download Incomplete" for 2 packages for the past month

Once you have reinstalled the package successfully, the error status and
messages will be gone. You can look in the cumulative summary in
/var/log/setup.log to see if there are any relevant error messages still visible
from earlier installs.
Right after an error, you can run `cygcheck -chv binutils info` to get details
on what is incomplete from those packages, or look in /var/log/setup.log.full
after a setup run has finished to see the error messages.
