Well done for recognizing that failure drops the connection.
Boo to the AV co for allowing openssl client test through to retrieve certs, but 
just dropping the connection on download, without any message to say
	"Download with Let's Encrypt cert blocked!"

An indication whether it is already on our list would be welcome:

and if not, some hint as to its developer, so we can warn others.
