Cygwin X11 on second (Nvidia) graphics card

$ man Xwin # See OPTIONS FOR SPECIFYING X SCREENS

In your XWin Server shortcut etc., add server options -multimonitors or -screen 
... after startxwin ... -- ["--" required to allow server options].
