In Thunderbird, I sort by "Correspondents" and see he has been posting since at 
least 2019, you can also search "From, To, Cc, Bcc" or similar for the surname, 
and on the web e.g.

	https://inbox.sourceware.org/cygwin/?q=Cabrera&o=-1

shows 1998 - earlier than even he remembers ;^>
