These packages contain XWin and the other X.Org X11 servers.

In addition to upstream fixes [1], the following cygwin-specific changes 
have been made since 21.1.2-3:

* Fix some mis-rendering in multi-monitor configurations with disparate 
DPI values (Thanks to Ken Whitesell for tracking this down)
