The command /notify -list in irssi makes the application crash. /notify (without
-list) works. This didn't happen in the previous version.

I get an irssi.exe.stackdump with Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
(thread main), as standard user and as administrator.

This is in mintty with bash, with a current Cygwin (3.3.5-1) and current
Windows 11 with all updates installed respectively, everything 64-bit.
