wish8.6 perfect in Cygwin32, misbehaves in Cygwin64

can you please provide a test case ?

If I remember right the graphic was moved long time ago from GDI to X11
due to the burden to do maintain the GDI fork.

almost all has been ported from 32 to 64 and works
The very few exceptions are dead applications
