VIM broken by upgrade to Perl 5.30

> vim needs to be recompiled for Perl 5.30. The perl interface is no longer working:

> :perl VIM::Msg(“Hi”)

> Sorry, this command is disabled: the Perl library could not be loaded.

Add:
    set perldll=/usr/bin/perl5_30.dll
to your .vimrc file.
