The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* python27-passlib-1.7.1-1
* python36-passlib-1.7.1-1
* python37-passlib-1.7.1-1

Passlib is a password hashing library for Python 2 & 3, which provides 
cross-platform implementations of over 30 password hashing algorithms as 
well as a framework for managing existing password hashes.

This has been added as a dependency of Ansible.
