One problem: Couldn't compute FAST_CWD pointer

Hello Cygwin,

I am the employee in BCS, I am trying the makefile provided by Vector,
I meet one problem maybe can be solved by you, because the warning comments show that can ask help from your email;

Can you give me some guidance for this situation, I will see the response below when I run the m.bat for makefile,
