troubles with IC-CAP

Good afternoon, i have tried to connect IC-CAP with SDAP Agilent B1500A, 
when i play the software i get this message :

  2 [main] cygpath 2596 find_fast_cwd: WARNING: Couldn't compute FAST_CWD 
pointer.  Please report this problem to
the public mailing list cygwin@cygwin.com
