Cygwin windows won't close

[Ziegelmiller, Lyle(AWF) via cygwin]

I mean the Cygwin command-window terminal, invoked by this shortcut:

C:\cygwin64\bin\mintty.exe -i /Cygwin-Terminal.ico -
