WindowMaker info from the last cygwin update

cygcheck -cd | grep WindowMaker
WindowMaker                                          0.95.8-2
WindowMaker-debuginfo                                0.95.8-2

setup-2.893-8-g2ec74b.x86.exe ran to completion without any hangs or stalls.
