[ANNOUNCEMENT] par2 0.7.3-1

par2 0.7.3-1 is now available in Cygwin. This is a new upstream release,
with minor updates and bug fixes. You can read the changelog at
https://github.com/Parchive/par2cmdline/releases.

par2 is a program for creating and using PAR2 files to detect damage in
data files and repair them if necessary. It can be used with any kind of
file.
