[ANNOUNCEMENT] libtimidity 0.2.4-1

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libtimidity2-0.2.4-1
* libtimidity-devel-0.2.4-1

This library is based on the TiMidity decoder from SDL_sound library. 
libTiMidity provides a more suitable API to work with MIDI songs, it 
enables to specify full path to the timidity configuration file, and have 
function to retrieve meta data from MIDI song.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, which breaks both API and 
ABI compatibility with 0.1.0.
