error with startwin on windows 10

Hi there,

I got the following error code when I tried to run startwin on a
Windows 10 machine

0 [main] startxwin 22764 find_fast_cwd: WARNING: Couldn't compute
FAST_CWD pointer.  Please report this problem to the public mailing
list
