Two undefined links after installing tcl-tk

It seems if you only install tcl-tk, not tcl-tk-devel, 
somewhere from 8.5.11-1 to 8.5.18-1, the actual tclConfig.sh and tkConfig.sh files were dropped from the packages, although the links to non-existent files remain.
