Presence of cygwin64 elements in an existing Cygwin 32 install after updating

Good tip

I guess I was asking "What is very low?"  My 32-bit installation
currently goes down to 0x3b960000.

In my 64-bit installation it is 0x0003c3c50000.

Would it not be simple to add something to rebase to have it
point out possibly/probably problematic cases?
