The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* flexdll-0.35-1

FlexDLL implements the POSIX dlopen API by creating DLLs whose symbols can 
be resolved at runtime, rather than at linktime as is usual.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
