[ANNOUNCEMENT] poedit 1.8.8-1

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* poedit-1.8.8-1

poEdit is cross-platform gettext catalogs (.po files) editor. It aims to 
provide more convenient approach to editing catalogs than launching vi and 
editing the file by hand.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, built with boost-1.60 and 
icu-57.
