available on CPAN:

perl-HTML-Parser-3.72-1
perl-IO-Socket-SSL-2.023-1
perl-Module-Build-0.4216-1
perl-Mojolicious-6.42-1
perl-Test-Warnings-0.026-1

The following Perl distribution has been re-built due the openssl
update:

perl-Net-SSLeay-1.72-2

The following two Perl distributions are new in Cygwin:

perl-Class-Accessor-0.34-1
perl-Data-Uniqid-0.12-1
