The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libev4-4.22-1
* libev-devel-4.22-1

libev is a high-performance event loop/event model with lots of features.
Libev is loosely modelled after libevent and the Event perl module, but is
smaller, faster, scales better, is more correct, and more featureful.
