[ANNOUNCEMENT] libevent 2.0.22-1

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libevent2.0_5-2.0.22-1
* libevent-devel-2.0.22-1

The libevent API provides a mechanism to execute a callback function 
when a specific event occurs on a file descriptor or after a timeout has 
been reached. Furthermore, libevent also support callbacks due to 
signals or regular timeouts.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
