Thank you for your updates.
BTW, octave is slightly updated to 4.0.2 [1].
However, the changes between 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 are small and
important change seemed to be carried out for native Microsoft Windows
So therefore octave on cygwin can skip version 4.0.2.
