Version 3.0.10-1  of package

   xdelta3

is available in the Cygwin distribution:

CHANGES
Updated to latest upstream bugfix for v.3 version.

NOTES
As xdelta v.1 is needed by prestine-tar and
v.1 and v.3 use incompatible file formats.
Both version are maintained.

If you have already installed
   xdelta-3.0.9-1
you need to manually downgrade to 1.1.4-2

DESCRIPTION
open-source binary diff, differential compression tools,
VCDIFF (RFC 3284) delta compression
