How can I contribute a FAQ entry for MITM? Should there be a FAQ entry on how to add FAQ entries?

Ideally, clone the git repo per https://cygwin.com/git.html and send
patches to the cygwin-patches mailing list.  Small patches (just a handful
of lines) are ok to send to the cygwin ML as well.
