Just in case: mount the appropriate part of your D disk with the 'noacl' option, ie add something like
D:/Wherever/Is/Your/SVNRepository /svnR ntfs cygexec,noacl
at the end of your /etc/fstab,
and use
file:///svnR
for your repo.
