Well, you can remove categories with

-c/--remove-categories

in the current version of setup.exe as well.  So removing

     GNOME KDE LXDE MATE Mingw Video X11 Xfce

would probably be a good start for cleaning up the system.  It would be
better to start from a basic install, though.
