tmux being picked up by AVG antivirus?

Per Yaakov's reply, good point, but this is NOT during setup/extraction 
of tar files, etc. It is after Cygwin setup has been successfully 
completed and I try to run tmux from the Cygwin terminal window.

FYI, the quarantine nuked both tmux and mintty.
