[ANNOUNCEMENT] New: highlight-3.13-1

The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* highlight-3.13-1
* highlight-common-3.13-1
* highlight-gui-3.13-1

Highlight converts sourcecode to HTML, XHTML, RTF, LaTeX, TeX, SVG,
BBCode and terminal escape sequences with coloured syntax highlighting.
Language definitions and colour themes are customizable.
