[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: lua5.1-5.1.5-3

The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* lua5.1-5.1.5-3
* lua5.1-devel-5.1.5-3

Lua is a powerful, light-weight programming language designed for
extending applications. Lua is also frequently used as a
general-purpose, stand-alone language.

This release restores the -devel subpackage for continuing to build
those packages which are not yet compatible with Lua 5.2.
