[ANNOUNCEMENT] Update: mintty 2.1.4

I have uploaded mintty 2.1.4 with the following changes:

   • Not zooming font on Shift+Windows shortcuts (#467), by heuristic 
analysis of Windows messages.
   • Not daemonizing if started from ConEmu (#466), by heuristic check 
of $ConEmuPID.
