Pipe behaviour broken with Cygwin 2.2.0-1

> I’ve noticed that the following is broken in Cygwin 2.2.0-1.  It works in Cygwin 2.1.0-1.

> yes | head -10

> This fails to exit on Cygwin 2.2.0-1.  It correctly exists on Cygwin 2.1.0-1.

WJFFM both in mintty and native console.
