Cron Service

Hello,

Installing the cron service, shows the name "Cron daemon" in the
service manager.

In my opinion, it should be better to follow the convention: "CYGWIN
servicenamed"

For example, the other CYGWIN services show: "CYGINW syslogd". "CYGWIN sshd" ...

The resulting display name should be "CYGWIN crond".

It is only a suggestion.
