Note that building upstream bash drops quite a few cygwin-specific
downstream patches, such as the options for saner handling of carriage
returns.  If you use setup.exe, you can download the source for bash 4.1
to see what cygwin-specific patches I am still in the middle of
forward-porting to the 4.3 code base.
