[REQUEST] Please upgrade links to version 2.8

Links is a text based web browser with frames and nice table rendering.

Version 2.8 has been available for a year. See
http://links.twibright.com/download.php

It would be nice to have Links package upgraded to the latest version to
enjoy the latest improvements.
