man-db-2.6.7-1: FAQ 4.13 answer no longer relevant?

With the recent change from man-1.6g-2 to man-db-2.6.7-1, it appears that the the answer to FAQ 4.13 ("Why doesn't man -k, apropos or whatis work?", http://cygwin.com/faq.html#faq.using.man) needs to be either updated or removed.

The answer refers to the /usr/sbin/makewhatis command.  That command no longer exists with the recent introduction of man-db-2.6.7-1.
