sunrpc and libtirpc

I know that the sunrpc package will be obsoleted,
however today is requiring a lib that as been removed

requires: rpcgen libtirpc libtirpc-devel cygwin

I presume that the dependencies should be

requires: rpcgen libtirpc-common
