SSHd configuration problems (System error 1376) - CONFIRMED

Reinstalled Cygwin (1.7.34). To my surprise it has both a group file and a passwd file. Moreover, the group file
has the above mentioned "root" entry.

/etc/postinstall/000-cygwin-post-install.sh appears to be responsible for the creation of these files.
