I uploaded a new snapshot, 20140825, to https://cygwin.com/snapshots/
which is supposed to fix this problem, as well as another problem
with this new exception handling, caused by GCC over-optimizing the code.
Please give it a try.
Thanks for the testcase (even if it was emacs) :)
