Update to latest cygwin creates crashes in dlclose()

Is you applications written in C++?  Does recompiling with the latest
gcc 4.8.3-3 fix the issue?  Typically a SEGV creates a stackdump file.
Can you show us?  Last but not least, do you have a simple testcase to
reproduce the issue?
