What comes with Cygwin?

None of these lists include shell builtins.  That list will depend on 
the shell you choose to run.

"Base" is a category in the Cygwin package respository system.

"cygwin-base" is just one of the packages in the Base category.

I'll consider it.

Where would you expect to find the info?  I have my own idea, but I want 
to know where you would have gone looking first.
