Cygwin64: urlfetch causes SEGFAULT

git clone git://github.com/ifduyue/urlfetch.git
cd urlfetch
python setup.py install
*or*
python3 setup.py install

causes Segmentation fault (also visible in Python 3, if installed
"manually": import urlfetch)
