The following packages have been added to the Cygwin distribution:

*** libwebrtc-audio-processing0-0.1-1
*** libwebrtc-audio-processing-devel-0.1-1

This package provides an standalone copy of the AudioProcessing module
from the WebRTC (Web-based real-time communication) project.
