xpdf 3.03 utilities

Why does xpdf no longer include pdffonts, pdfimages, pdfinfo,
pdftoppm, pdftops and pdftotext? I've got some scripts that call
pdftotext, and when I upgraded from xdpf 3.02 to 3.03, these scripts
stopped working.
