1.7.10 cygrunsrv.exe fails with "fork: 11, Resource temporarily unavailable"

Great, Corinna, now cygrunsrv in its new version 1.40-1 works on my Win2k3 
64bit machine. Thanks for the repair - Ulf-Dietrich
