The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** libxslt-1.1.26-3
*** libxslt-devel-1.1.26-3
*** libxslt-doc-1.1.26-3
*** python-libxslt-1.1.26-3

Libxslt is the XSLT C library developed for the GNOME project.

This release includes a patch for CVE-2011-3970.
