I have just released cygport-0.10.12 for the Cygwin distribution and the
Fedora Cygwin repository.

There is a new manifestize command for manually creating UAC manifest
files for EXEs in $B which need to be run during the build (e.g.
[g]install in coreutils). Otherwise, this is mostly a bugfix release
for the debuginfo feature added in 0.10.11.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
For those following cygport git, master will soon be unstable for a
while as I work on (and test) setup.hint autogeneration, which will
ultimately lead to an 0.11 series. While more testers will be welcome,
for those more interested in stability, I have created a stable
cygport-0-10 branch which will continue to receive bugfixes until 0.11
is ready.

Changes in this release (10):
debuginfo: add external-source line to generated setup.hint
       debuginfo: minor fixes
unpack: leave decompressor selection to tar
Create function for manual generation of UAC manifest files
__prepstrip: check binary type before appending .exe
       cmake: use RelWithDebInfo build type
perl: pass OPTIMIZE to make, not Makefile.PL
list: do not list debuginfo files together with primary packages
strip: ignore objdump errors if format it incompatible
       cygport 0.10.12
