PROGRAMFILES variable is not set during openssh session

It prints "elapsed: 0s" on each log-in, so it's executed, but looks like
incorrectly:
$ env | grep -i prog
returns nothing.
I'll try to find out reason.
Anyway, thanks for script and direction.
