[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: ruby-1.8.7-p357-1

Ruby has been updated to the latest patch release in the 1.8 series with
the following important changes:

* The tcltk modules now use the *NIX/X11 tcl/tk and are now packaged
separately.

* Security fixes for CVE-2008-3790, CVE-2009-4492, CVE-2010-0541,
CVE-2011-2686, CVE-2011-4815.
